WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer returns or exchanges on all unused items for 30 days from the day of receipt.
Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If a product is damaged or defective, we will provide free replacements or repairs for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer for all non-defective returns or exchanges.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. When you contact us to begin your return we will give you a quote for a shipping label if needed, as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders normally ship the same day if placed before 2 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
Orders ship by UPS Ground and USPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Please note that we do not offer traditional exchanges. The best way to exchange your item is to contact us for a refund, return your product, then purchase the new product from our website.
To begin your return, please send us an email at help@utility-sink.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will give you a quote for a shipping label as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return shipping is paid by the buyer for all non-defective returns or exchanges. If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Your refund will be initiated once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
HAVE A DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEM?
Please be assured that we make every effort to ensure that your items arrive in pristine condition and will always replace or refund items that arrive damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email at help@utility-sink.com with your order number along with pictures of the damaged items within 48 hours.
