To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following Image Use Policy regarding the use of images submitted to us.
Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all images submitted to Biggo Blocks™ through various channels, including but not limited to:
- Email submissions
- Website uploads
- Social media (via direct messages, comments, chats, tagged images, and hashtags)
Consent and Usage Rights
By submitting an image to Biggo Blocks™ through any of the aforementioned channels, you grant Biggo Blocks™ the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such images in any media formats and through any media channels.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Marketing and promotional materials (both digital and print)
- Social media posts
- Website content
- Email campaigns
- Advertisements
- Product packaging
- Any other commercial purposes
Attribution
When using images, Biggo Blocks™ will make reasonable efforts to credit the original creator by including their name or social media handle, where applicable and feasible.
Opt-Out
If you do not wish for your submitted images to be used by Biggo Blocks™ for the purposes outlined above, please contact us immediately at customerservice@biggoblocks.com with the subject line "Opt-Out Image Use" and include specific details about the image(s) in question. We will make every effort to honor your request and remove the image(s) from our marketing materials.
Liability
By submitting your image(s) to Biggo Blocks™, you confirm that you own all rights to the image(s) and have the legal authority to grant Biggo Blocks™ the rights detailed in this policy. You also agree that the image(s) do not infringe on any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
Changes to the Policy
Biggo Blocks™ reserves the right to modify or update this Image Use Policy at any time. We will notify our community of any significant changes through our website and social media channels.
